Refund and Return Policy

At JETT Commerce, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
Please note that certain types of goods may be exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, clearance or final sale items, and items that have been damaged due to misuse.
2. Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
3. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and in some cases, a restocking fee may apply for bulk or special orders.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos or a description of the issue in order to process a replacement or refund. In such cases, we will cover all associated shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@jettcommerce.com and we will guide you through the process.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Clearance and final sale items
- Opened or used products
- Perishable or consumable goods
- Custom or special order items
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
